On October 24, Austin hosted its first Slavic Festival! It was a wonderful day filled with music, dancing, delicious food, and Slavic traditions.
The festival brought together people who wanted to celebrate their heritage, share their culture, and enjoy a day of fun with family and friends.
There was so much to see and enjoy! Visitors could try traditional Slavic food, watch live performances, listen to music, enjoy folk dancing, and explore arts and crafts.
The festival was also a great opportunity to introduce children to Slavic culture and traditions.
It was lovely to see so many people coming together to celebrate Slavic culture here in Austin. Events like this remind us how special our traditions are and how important it is to share them with the next generation.
A big thank-you to everyone who organized the festival, performed, volunteered, brought food, and came to celebrate!
It was a beautiful day, and we hope to see this festival become a yearly tradition in Austin.
До новых встреч! ❤️
